So What Are Anxiety And Panic Attacks Anyway?
If you suffer from anxiety, you know it as a feeling of worry or fear that is with you much of the time. Although anxiety and panic attacks are similar in that they both involve anxious feelings, panic attacks are simply a more extreme and intense form of anxiety.

At its worst, anxiety might prevent you from going out or participating in activities out of fear of having an attack. Avoidance then becomes a way of preventing an anxiety attack. But because you avoid so many things, your life becomes restricted and you feel depressed and unfulfilled.
